Todd Steele, the owner, has been in the commercial refrigeration field for over 25 years and is very involved with the day to day operations of the company. He still reviews all of the technician’s service work orders that come in from the field. He, as well as all of the employees at ACR, Inc, keep abreast of the changing technical issues in the refrigeration field. Even with the size of ACR Inc, he still finds the time to assist with innovative installation or repair issues in the field.
